- Business name, address, and contact details for merchant accounts
- Subscription and billing details (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
- Loyalty program settings, campaign data, and customer analytics
3.2 Consumer Information
- Name and email address or phone number (used to create a loyalty account)
- Transaction history related to loyalty stamps and redemptions
- Wallet pass interaction data (when you add or update a card)
3.3 Usage Data
- Device identifiers and IP addresses
- Browser type, pages visited, and interaction data within the platform
- Analytics data collected via analytics cookies (see Cookie Policy)
- Support chat messages and related chat session data when you contact us through Crisp live chat
- For signed-in dashboard users, support context such as name, email, role, business name, and business ID may be sent to Crisp to help us respond to support requests
4. How We Use Your Data

- Provide and maintain the Perks Hive loyalty service
- Issue, update, and manage Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes
- Send transactional notifications (stamp confirmations, reward unlocks)
- Send marketing push notifications — only with your explicit consent
- Provide merchants with aggregated and anonymised business analytics
- Provide live chat support and troubleshoot merchant account questions
- Comply with legal obligations under Victorian and Australian law
- Improve platform features and user experience
We do not sell individual-level personal data to third parties. Anonymised, aggregated analytics may be shared with business partners.

We will only send you marketing push notifications and promotional emails with your explicit consent, collected at the time you enroll in a loyalty program. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

- Following the unsubscribe link in any marketing email
Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional messages (e.g. stamp confirmations, reward notifications).
8. Your Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act and Decree 13/2023, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Request portability of your data in a machine-readable format
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time

9. Data Breach Notification

10. Vietnamese Users — Decree 13/2023
For users located in Vietnam, we comply with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection. Your data will be processed only with your explicit consent. You have rights to access, correction, deletion, data portability, and objection under Decree 13.
