This Refund Policy applies to Perks Hive merchant subscriptions. It is designed to be fair and transparent, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). For questions, contact merchants@perksapp.co.
1. Statutory Guarantees
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. If our services fail to meet these guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy such as a refund or re-performance of the service. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL.
2. Subscription Refunds
- We do not provide refunds for “change of mind” once a billing cycle has started
- If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the platform, contact merchants@perksapp.co within 7 days for a potential pro-rata refund review
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days if approved
3. Free Trial Periods
If Perks Hive offers a free trial period, no charges will be applied during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the standard subscription rate. We will notify you before your trial ends.
4. Voucher and Reward Disputes
Perks Hive provides the technology platform for loyalty programs. Disputes regarding the redemption of specific merchant rewards or vouchers should first be directed to the merchant business. Perks Hive can facilitate communication between you and the merchant but is not responsible for a merchant's failure to honour rewards.
If a merchant has closed or is unreachable, contact us at merchants@perksapp.co and we will assist where possible.
5. Pricing Errors
If you were charged an incorrect amount due to a technical error, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and correct the error.
