Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Statutory Guarantees
Perks provides services with statutory guarantees under the ACL that they will be provided with due care and skill and be fit for purpose. If our services fail to meet these guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy such as a refund or a re-performance of the service.
2. Subscription Refunds
For SaaS subscription fees:
- We do not generally provide refunds for "change of mind" once a billing cycle has started.
- If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the platform, please contact us within 7 days for a potential pro-rata refund.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
3. Voucher & Reward Disputes
Perks provides the technology for loyalty programs. Any disputes regarding the redemption of specific merchant rewards or vouchers should first be directed to the merchant business. If a resolution cannot be reached, we may assist in facilitating communication.
